This single Maxell 10/20 GB DLT tape offers high capacity with high reliability. Maxell DLT media is rated at 500,000 tape passes even under the worst case temperature and humidity conditions thanks to Maxell's patented ceramic-coated metal particles. A minimum head life of 15,000 hours can be expected with Maxell's ultra-smooth coating process. With sophisticated error detection and correction, absolute data integrity is achieved using Maxell media. It also can withstand high-speed streaming at speeds up to 150 inches per second, and with data transfer rates supported up to 2.5 MB per second, files are rapidly retrieved and video images can easily be stored.
